Do I need to be a law firm or attorney to be a partner?

No. The Connect a Claim Partner Program is for advocacy groups and organizations serving Social Security disability claimants — not law firms. You do not need attorney licensure to participate.

What's the difference between a Monitor Case and an Active Denial Case?

A Monitor Case ($500) is an individual currently receiving LTD benefits but at risk of denial or termination, or who has not yet applied. An Active Denial Case ($1,000) is an individual whose LTD claim has already been formally denied.

What happens after I submit a lead?

Each submitted lead is screened by NilesRiver (DBA pending) to determine whether it qualifies as a Monitor or Active Denial case. You'll be able to see the current status of every lead you've submitted through your partner reporting.

When do I actually get paid?

You'll receive payment within 7–10 business days once a submitted lead is verified as qualifying. Payment is not contingent on the outcome of the underlying LTD claim.

Will I have access to case records or medical documents?

No. Partner organizations do not receive access to client medical records or supporting documents. Reporting is limited to lead status, qualification confirmation, and payment confirmation.

Is there a volume minimum?

No. One qualified lead is a partnership. Reporting and payment work the same either way.

What if my organization has specific compliance requirements?

Tell us during your application. Requirements can vary by state and by organization type — we'll work with you to structure the partnership so it fits, or let you know if we're not able to.

Activation is simple — apply once, then start screening.
